Goal:
very Simple
- Maximize performance through structure, clarity, and execution.
- Combining mental strength, technique, equipment and insider knowledge from the Alpine World Cup.
Success is not only created through knowledge, talent, or hard work. Often, it is our inner attitude that determines how we deal with challenges, pressure, and change.
People can be extremely well prepared — yet mental strength is what allows us to stay calm in decisive moments, make clear decisions, and truly access our full potential when it matters most.
Through my training, I help you stay focused, overcome setbacks, and remain capable of acting even in uncertain situations. This is a key foundation for long-term success and personal well-being.
My mental coaching supports you in consciously using your inner resources, building trust in your own abilities, and facing challenges with clarity and stability — in sport, in business, and in everyday life.
In a 2024 graduation speech, Roger Federer, former world-class tennis player, said the following:
"Perfection is impossible… in 1.526 single matches, I won almost 80% of those matches.
What percentage of points do you think I won in those matches? Only 54%
in other words: even top ranked tennis players win barely more than half of the points they play.
When you’re playing a point, it has to be the most important thing in the world and it is.
But when it's behind you, it's behind you. This mindset is really crucial, because it frees you to fully commit to the next point and the next point after that.
You want to become a master at overcoming hard moments, that is to me, the sign of a champion.
The best in the world are not the best because they win every point,
it’s because they know they’ll lose again and again and have learned how to deal with it."
